We are an affiliate of Certizen Limited (https://www.certizen.com ) that has been deploying internationally-recognised public key infrastructure ("PKI") technology and processes to enable secure, authenticated and/or legally-binding mutually recognized online communications within Hong Kong and with Mainland for more than 10 years.

Our mission is to build on the long-established experiences and relationships of Certizen Limited in online authentication of identities and electronic documents to provide best-in-class services using the latest global decentralised technologies and processes, moving away from the historical PKI centralised approach.

We are part of a team of dedicated individuals who have worked closely together for more than 5 years, and some of us have been involved in the development and deployment of PKI-related services to enable secure as well as authenticated interactions across the Internet for some 15 years or more.
